Cycling around Norfolk

A bike is the best way to get round this part of the country. There are hundreds of miles of cycle lanes that are deserted, even in the silly season. This photo was taken on the route I take to work. It's good to see Christa doing all the hard work.

the bike seats are great, just make sure they work on your bike frame, or your little one wont get much of a view. we cant get a helmet on morwenna without her being squashed. Alex
